Our Modern Refilling Plant is fully equiped, and having with latest model Powder Removal cum Filling machine, Nitrogen Filling machine, Filling Chamber, Hydro Test machine, Water Trough, Weighing Scale etc. We follow strict quality and best engineering practice in field. Refilling of Fire Extinguishers is a sophisticated task. It involves removal of old powder or cleaning of residue powder, changing 'O' rings, washers, springs or full control valves. Then leak test with dry Nitrogen gas prior to fresh powder filling and then pressurisation to required level. Refilling is done for ABC type Fire Extinguishers, Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers, Water, Foam, Co2 type extinguishers in Portable and trolley mount capacity of all brands. We maintain sufficient replacement spares for any brand and capacity. Further the hydro pressure testing of body will be carried automatically in our workshop for every 5 year old cylinders from the manufacturing date or as per request
