Procedure: Refilling and Pressurisation work will be done by our trained and well experienced Technician. Specification Followed: IS:2190. And Our In-house Standard Operating Procedure. Cleaning of Exterior with water and Soap Duly removing old or residue Powder after depressurising. Checking for damage, rust and wear. Doubtful cylinders and Five Year Old cylinders are subjected to HPT to 25 Kg/Cm2 for 5 Mins. The HPT passed cylinders only will be taken for further process. All O Rings will be changed with new one. ISI marked Powder (IS:14609) refilled in the cylinder. Reassemble all parts. Pressurised with Dry Nitrogen. Checking for Leakage, even small bubbles, in Water Trough. If any leakage found, repeat the procedure until desired result obtained. Keep cylinders under observation for 3 days and repeat Water Trough Test once again. Cleaning and repainting, stickering done.
